Last night we did a VIP tour led by the Vice President of the Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. We stood on the bridge of the enterprise, visited Quarks bar and checked out the turbo-lift. The attraction is not yet finished - there were construction crews still working on the Borg area and plastic covering the carpets on the floor.
Fully lighted scale models of the Enterprise 1701-A and 1701-D plus Voyager and a Klingon Bird of Prey were suspended from the ceilings.
The bridge of the Enterprise was to actual scale with a fully operational view screen just like in the movies. Cool stuff.
Pictures weren't allowed (bummer) since there were portions that were still being worked on.
